Type = Peach. Freestone peach. Per Hedrick (see citation): "Fruit medium in size, roundish, inclining to conic with prominant tip and suture; color golden yellow, shaded with red and crimson; flesh yellow, low firmness, somewhat mealy, sweet; good quality; pit free..." Per Whealy (see citation): "Thin, almost fuzzless skin." Per Okie (see citation): "Non showy bloom; medium yield; susceptible to bac. leaf spot; reniform glands; tree chilling factor is 750; ripens late August (five days after Elberta); good for canning."
