Narrative
Type = Plum. Per The American Fruit Culturist (see citation): "Round-oval; greenish-yellow, spotted with red, with small, violet-colored, longitudinal veins; flesh rather firm, juicy, sugary, rich, of fine quality, adhering slightly to the stone. Shoots smooth; leaves roundish, shining--the growth resembling Washington but leaves smaller and shots slenderer. Very productive. Mid-season. Belgium."
