Locality: Collected in Rondur, Chitral, about 20km north of Chitral, growing out of rocky cliffs above the road.

Elevation: 1692m.
Environment description: River valley in the mountains. Full sun exposure, eastern aspect. Rock-slate soil, very stony, well-drained.
Number of plants sampled: 2
Comment: Associated vegetation: Cassia, Punica, Artemisia. Collector's notes: Nut maturity September 1. Fruit not fully mature, but hopefully seeds are. None fallen yet.
