An attractive non-astringent Turkish cultivar with skin that is hairy like a camel. Brought to the US in 1986 and released from quarantine in 1991. Fruit: large, attractive; skin bright yellow, thick and very hairy; flesh crisp, juicy, sweet, non-astringent; matures late September and can be stored for two months.
